Drakeathon pre-writing: Names needed

aldersprigSo! I had a pre-request for the Drakeathon... and I need babies for it.
I need two kids, sh'Renata out of Rafe and out of Joff, born the end of Year Five; they need names, genders, and some personality traits at age nine (they are otherwise twins, conceived and born at the same time.)
Edited: @TheLadyIsUgly has provided Hagne (Rafe) and Alba (Joff), both girls.
