The theme gives a direction for the monthly Patreon prompt call, and for meta-posts and reposts and other such things.

Welcome to December! In the Northern Hemisphere, Winter is nearly here, and I think it might already be Summer in Australia.

This month's Patreon theme is Dragons Next Door: The new neighbors have moved in next to Aud & Sage, and they're certainly interesting...

Smokey Knoll is an exciting place to live, but for Aud and Sage, their kids, and their neighbors the Smiths, it's just... life. Harpies, centaurs, and tiny people in the walls; kidnappers, magic-users, and strange poisons in black jars... Aud just wants to get through the latest parent-teacher meeting, and nevermind the mayor's latest problem.

I've started out by reposting the story that started it all, "Damn Dragons, Get Off My Lawn!"
