Another Conlang? Perhaps!

So shutsumon has asked me to take part in Languary in January:

Get the phonology, phonotactics and basic grammar of a new language started

So, two things:

1) who wants to join us?

2) what am I gonna start a language for?

..(2a) I DO have an urban fantasy/cyberpunk setting on the back burner that I've been considering...
..(2b) There's always Old Tongue from Addergoole, but that's a nightmare
..(2c) What else?

Ooh! I am totally in. The Lexember posts have gotten the conlang bug in my brain, and I have started creating languages for a broad fantasy world that has been hanging out on a back burner for a while. All I have right now is a few bits of phonology and some history (the languages and the interactions of geography/politics/war are, of course, inextricable), so this looks perfect.

Hmm... what conlang would there be for an urban fantasy/cyberpunk setting? I guess you already have enough proto-Tabersi that the actual Tabersi language wouldn't be a project for Languary.

Do the dragons have a separate language? Or any of the other species in Dragons Next Door?

I was thinking, in the fantasy/cyberpunk, there's either the Mystic Evil? creatures language or there's the Mystic Witchy people Ancient Language

Yeah, I like Tabersi being fluid and a source of loan words :-D

But now that the Calenyena and the Tabersi are going to meet, you have to figure out how much their languages differ! ^^
