And unless something changes quickly, either Kelly didn't get very lucky, or the underground mythology, much like the cake, is a lie. We have no previously mentioned hints of Bee invasion that I can find, other than possibly "industrious" in the list of virtues that get you to the good place.
I'm curious what the rest of the viral mutations are. At a guess, they did the least shocking of them first, to see how she'd react, and give a firm introduction to the idea.
...so does this mean we should welcome our new insect overlords?
