It was too awkward, talking to all these people with the faces of people she knew.  Abby rushed through a meal of ridiculous fruit and meat she didn’t want to ask too much about, Chinese-restaurant sauces and a few spices that the person in batik swore up and down would do nothing more than make mystery meat taste more palatable.

It would feel nice to sleep here, but something about the way Vic looked at them, the way Kevin looked at her when he thought she wasn’t looking, the way Greg sometimes looked at Tommy, it made her feel like they shouldn’t be here.  Like it was like looking at ghosts for them.

Nope nope nope nope run! (I mean, it could be not terrible, but I am extremely dubious about the odds on that.)

Why was Liv2 in favor of this plan? She favors getting food, sleep, scrubbing, and clean clothing whenever reasonably safe, but "reasonably safe" seems dubious.

Also, no followup on unseen Old Liv's voice from the last segment? Sad!

Huh, they didn't follow up on a third Liv in the previous room. They've each been perversely curious about a lot of things so far; they've met other Livs. I wonder why they passed up a better look at this particular Liv?

Liv-1 can be trusted to hold onto Abby's belt? Maybe she is getting better. In Abby's place I think I would've had a firm grip on her hand, or had Liv-2 doing that if I needed a hand free.

Pure clean white does not mean friendly, and is often a science-fiction movie sign for distinctly not friendly. I'm dubious of trusting the bot that says "cleaning will commence" without asking, even after it takes them somewhere more private. Plastic clothing is likely going to get unpleasant in a hurry, particularly anywhere warm.

And that final line of "packaging will commence" likely would've had me grabbing the other two and bolting out the door, assuming I could find the door.

And yeah, Liv-1 is getting better.
