Hrum. I liked being able to see how many people had voted and who and how selections clustered and stuff, but I'm not the one who needs the data. Having the poll report total votes-for-things rather than number of people who voted is a little weird. (Does it tell you how many people/IPs have voted?) The new site is probably accessible/friendly to more people than a DW poll + comments, though.

The major difference for me in this one is: It doesn’t require me to pay DW $5/month in addition to paying for a domain name and server for my wordpresss.

I kinda liked being able to see who voted for what, too, but I’m going to keep experimenting.

<nod> And since you seem to be consolidating to wordpress, letting DW drop makes sense. I'm surprised WP doesn't have a ~native poll module.

Tried one of those a few months ago and it was pretty universally panned, sadly. going to try another one next month :-)
Eventually I will come up with something GOOD.
