They all stared off into space for a moment, thinking - or at least Abby was - about being betrayed by one of their own, by someone who looked just like their best friend, the boy they liked - or themselves.  Abby broke the silence, unable to stand contemplating that any longer.

“So what about the pendant -”  She meant to scoop one of them out of her neckline, but both of them tangled together.  “The woman at the first booth, the one Liv sold a regret to, she gave me this.”

How does hung-Vic know about the stuff the woman at the first booth sells? Has she come across multiple travelers in her time in the mall(s)?

On the other hand, if the item was junk, does Liv still have that regret?

I'd been thinking it was the ginger that was the problem that was making original-Liv so impulsive. Now I wonder.

I guess we get to see if hung-Vic is correct about the escape path. And I still wonder how to determine "right" and "left" for an exit. My current idea is that it's with respect to the entrance you came into, but I'm not sure that makes any sense either.

I had just come from reading Rix's latest Nai installment and I was like Hung Vic? I don't remember that character, do we have a map?
