Coffee, 1/4c 2% milk, 1t sugar
Cheerios, 1/2 cup
tiny apples
Siggi's Pinapple yogurt
three small cookies
Sammich - two 1-1/2" slices of deli-platter sandwich from Ithaca Bakery
Gym, elliptical, rather intense
Peanut Soup - Ri made, and twas delish
Bread - Ri's dad made, and twas likewise delish
1 rolo. Rollo?

May i ask, do you track pounds or inches? and how often do you measure?
