First Line of Yesterday: “Ah, but then you wouldn’t get your fee.” Guisswin smirked up at her.

Last Line of Yesterday: “Definitely boredom. I would rather die of staring at your face all night than be rescued by [name name2].”

I wrote 2,518 words yesterday, for a total of 10,095

My goal is 2500/day with skip days; I wrote on my Sunday skip day so I'm one day ahead, almost exactly.

Names Needed

I'm curious- I'm shooting for 2k words a day, but skip days are a brilliant concept... how many and what's the reason for them? Ouside responsibilities? Fatigue? A 'vacation day'?

OOh, thanks! That helps me plan. (of course, "What you plan and what actually happens, ain't exactly similar.")

I think i've got the idea- excel sheet, date, starting words, goal count, ending word count, and some notes for what's actually written?

It's actually "what do I do after I have the longest thing I've ever written as one story?" that I'm worried about; I've never bashed a first draft of a novel into anything /approaching/ a first draft, let alone a second!
