I do not know WHOSE house the unlabeled red outline in the top image is, but it’s family. The words on the lower image are “Aunt House,” “Church,” and “Diner,” from left to right, bottom to top.
True, but--well, I've never seen a Google Earth view of your house :-P Some of the houses (especially Robby's) look like they're entirely surrounded by farmland. I would expect that if a house is entirely surrounded by a certain kind of land, it belongs with the house. But I've never lived in farm country!
Ask and you shall receive! The thing is, farmland in the NE is often dirt cheap, and if you don’t care about living in a neighborhood/close to a good school/etc, it’s a good place to plop a house. (Also, IRL of the houses on that Aunt Family map, only “Grandma’s” still supports a farm).
*grins cheerfully* Hope I wasn't too short, after I sent that reply, I was like, "that sounded a little curt, Lyn." <.<
But yeah. The house to my left, the leftmost house on the horizontal road on the map, owns almost all the farmland you can see. He's been buying it up for 50 years. The rest of the houses on the block have at best a couple acres.
The one he lived in with his father. The one Eva moved him into doesn’t exist on the map Also… the satellite doesn’t properly show the Aunt House or the barn, because my Great-Aunt and cousin had them torn down and replaced with a modern house.
